RETURN AND EXCHANGE INFORMATION

Services!!!! Our goal is to make an
exchange or refund as fair and easy as possible.
Should you find it
necessary to return any of the merchandise, please follow the instructions
below.
1. Items are
eligible for an exchange, credit or refund as described below, the merchandise
must be returned in their original condition(100% complete)
with ALL original parts and free from
any defects within 30 days. (ie. defects on a remote from trying to open it)
A credit will be issued depending on the
condition, at the discretion of Sanford and Son? Services, if products are not
returned in the original condition.
2. This form
MUST be enclosed with all merchandise
returns/exchanges.
3. Pack and seal
your return merchandise securely with delivery confirmation and/or insurance.

is not responsible for items
lost/damaged/stolen in return shipment.

Refunds
1. If the product
is returned in the original condition free from defects with all of the
original parts, refunds will be issued less shipping charges and 10% restocking
free.
2. Please allow 2-3
weeks from return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing
cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
For returns from International and
APO/FPO, please allow 4-6 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to
be credited, and 2-3 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your
statement.
