MERCHANDISE RETURN INFORMATION

Thank you for shopping with Sanford and Son? Services!!!! Our goal is to make a refund as fair and easy as possible. Please email us before you purchase item(s) to ensure you are ordering correct item(s). We are happy to assist our customers. We reply to emails 7 days a week. Contact Us 

Should you find it necessary to return any merchandise, please follow the instructions below.

  1. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item using this form and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.  Items are eligible for credit or refund as described below.  The merchandise must be returned in their original condition(100% complete) with ALL original parts and free from any defects within 30 days. (ie. defects on a remote from trying to open it) Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive. For products returned in original condition, a refund will be issued less our shipping expenses and 10% restocking fee.  A credit will be issued depending on the condition, at the discretion of Sanford and Son? Services, if products are not returned in the original condition.
  2. If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, use this form for a refund and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order. You will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item.
  3. This form MUST be enclosed with all merchandise returns.
  4. The customer is responsible for all Shipping and Handling charges incurred for returning any products to Sanford and Son? Services Inc. 
  5. Pack and seal your return merchandise securely with delivery confirmation and/or insurance. Sanford and Son? Services Inc.is not responsible for items lost/damaged/stolen in return shipment.

  1. Please allow 2-3 weeks from return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.  For returns from International and APO/FPO, please allow 4-6 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 2-3 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. If you have not received the refund within 4 weeks of sending your order back, please Contact Us.
