A pair of Overhead Door Brand bottom brackets(a left and right) Including cable retaining pins and cotter pins. These are generally used on wood doors.
When cables break, the retainer pins are often rusted to the point where removing them is not an option.

Springs, cables and bottom brackets are under extreme tension. Make sure spring tension is removed before disconnecting bottom brackets. We recommend springs, cables and bottom brackets be replaced by trained technicians. Not responsible for injury or damage during repair process!!
