TO DETERMINE TYPE OF SPRING NEEDED, FOLLOW THE FOUR STEPS BELOW:
FIRST: RHW(Right Hand Wound) or LHW(Left Hand Wound) or PAIR Please note the side of door the spring DOES NOT indicate spring needed. RHW has red winding cone on the end and will be mounted w/ the Red winding cone pointing towards the LEFT. LHW has black winding cone on the end and will be mounted w/ the Black winding cone pointing towards the RIGHT.

SECOND: Wire Size: Use a wire gauge sold in our store OR Measure 20 coils to the nearest 1/16" and divide by 20. (STANDARD WIRE SIZES ARE .207, .218, .225 .234, .243, .250, .262)
THIRD: Inside Diameter: 2" (STANDARD INSIDE DIAMETERS ARE 1 3/4" AND 2")
FOURTH: Length of Spring: Measure the length of an unwound spring
