The 41A5483C will be shipped. The new Liftmaster board 41A5483C needs to be installed on the Sears Craftsman 41A5483-2 or 41A5483-2 B end panel. This is done by removing the 41A5483C board from the panel. There are 4 or 5 screws holding the board in. Remove your old board from its panel. Put the new board in your old panel. Reinsert the board into your opener head. The boards(41A5483-2, 41A5483-2B, and 41A5483C) are manufactured by Chamberlain.
